FPV electronics stack hardware
Stack mounting is a mechanical and electrical-clearance problem. Hole spacing must be checked along with fastener diameter, height and connector access.
What to specify
Use these fields to describe your requirement. Values are supplied by the buyer or the responsible integrator; this reference does not list an in-stock SKU or a universally compatible replacement.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Boards | Controller/ESC models and revisions |
| Pattern | Mounting-hole coordinates |
| Hardware | Diameter, thread and shoulder |
| Height | Spacing and total stack envelope |
| Isolation | Grommets and mounting requirements |
| Access | USB, cable and heat clearance |
Sample and acceptance review
Approve one assembled sample and record the exact spacer/grommet/fastener set. Do not mix service revisions in an unmarked tray.
A common purchasing mistake
A board described as 20 mm or 30 mm mounting may still need different hardware and clearances.
Related purchasing decisions
Check a controller stack as an assembly
Board spacing affects connector access, wiring and the surrounding frame. A nominal mounting pattern is only the starting point for a parts order.
